Employees can then respond to the notification to confirm whether or not they will be arriving for their shift. If they select “no,” the admin is immediately notified via SMS, email, or slack,  allowing the business to take the necessary steps to cover the shift.

Even if employees do not respond within five minutes of the notification, the admin is still notified, ensuring that the business is always aware of any potential issues or absences. How it Works 

• Fully Automated; data being fetched from UKG server, no manual input needed.
• An employee is notified (mail, SMS, or Slack) 1 hour before his/her shift starts (time is configurable)
• The employee responds if he/she is arriving on his/her shift or not
• If they Select “No,” the admin is notified via SMS, email, Slack, etc.
• The admin is notified even if they do not respond for 5 minutes after the notification.
