How it Works
- Fully Automated; data being fetched from UKG server, no manual input needed.
- An employee is notified (mail, SMS, or Slack) 1 hour before his/her shift starts (time is configurable)
- The employee responds if he/she is arriving on his/her shift or not
- If they Select “No,” the admin is notified via SMS, email, Slack, etc.
- The admin is notified even if they do not respond for 5 minutes after the notification.
