How to send custom alerts via your UKG solution using CloudApper?

With CloudApper, you can send custom alerts based on triggers from your UKG software. Here’s how you can do it:

• Add a trigger
• Click on the “+” button beneath the trigger
• Select “Connector”
• Select the connector group and the option from the list that comes afterward
• Select appropriate options from the dropdown lists (watch the video to learn more)
• Select the recipients
• Customize the message under “Notification Content” 
• Select “Done”
