UKG has a default setting where an employee can’t punch twice in 1 minute. I want to extend that time to 15 minutes. Can you help out?
Yes, it’s actually pretty easy. We will leverage our workflow engine to achieve this. The engine will automatically compare between the current punch and the punch an employee is about to submit. We can set any buffer in between. If an employee tries to punch before the buffer is over, they will get an error message. The error message and the buffer time can be customized for your exact use case and changed on the fly.
