We are already using the UKG Dimensions. Our employees hourly payment gets increased when they meet a certain duration of total work hours. We have multiple tiers like 80 hours, 100 hours, etc. We are looking for a system that can calculate all of this for us and send this data to UKG PRO. Can you do that?

Data Collection: We will first gather all necessary employee information, including their hourly payment rates and timecard data (Punch-In & Punch-Out) from your UKG Dimensions system.
Pay Tier Addition: Your manager can add multiple pay progression tiers for each job separately in the system. You will be able to include the new pay rate in the tier ruleset for the employee to progress to once they reach the tier.
System Design: Based on the timecard data, our custom solution will calculate your employees’ total work hours daily and verify whether they have reached the hour threshold for the tier you have set for their job. If they reach the threshold, the system will automatically increase their base hourly wage and replace it with the new wage from the pay progression tier.
Integration: Our system is designed to integrate with your UKG PRO system or any other HCM/Payroll system to transfer data seamlessly.
Custom Reports: Your manager will receive a report via email every day that informs them about which employees have had a pay progression that day, keeping everyone updated.
