    Thank you for your inquiry. We are able to create a system that can calculate your employees’ total work hours and automatically adjust their hourly payment based on different pay tiers for various jobs. Here’s how we can assist you:

    Data Collection: We will first gather all necessary employee information, including their hourly payment rates and timecard data (Punch-In & Punch-Out) from your UKG Dimensions system.

    Pay Tier Addition: Your manager can add multiple pay progression tiers for each job separately in the system. You will be able to include the new pay rate in the tier ruleset for the employee to progress to once they reach the tier.

    System Design: Based on the timecard data, our custom solution will calculate your employees’ total work hours daily and verify whether they have reached the hour threshold for the tier you have set for their job. If they reach the threshold, the system will automatically increase their base hourly wage and replace it with the new wage from the pay progression tier.

    Integration: Our system is designed to integrate with your UKG PRO system or any other HCM/Payroll system to transfer data seamlessly.

    Custom Reports: Your manager will receive a report via email every day that informs them about which employees have had a pay progression that day, keeping everyone updated.

    We will provide your staff with training on how to use the system, as well as ongoing support to address any issues.
